Information we expect to process
Identity and contact data, organization and authority, tax residence, membership profile, wallet address when voluntarily linked, platform activity, access logs, investment preferences, documents supplied for an agreed service, and communications with IGNIS.
Depending on the engagement, files may contain financial, patrimonial, corporate, tax, legal or beneficiary information. Access is limited by role and purpose.
Purposes
Evaluate and administer membership, verify identity and authority, organize project or family-office records, manage data-room permissions, document diligence and decisions, provide contracted services, secure the platform, preserve audit evidence and comply with applicable obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with authorized members, project parties, IGNIS personnel and retained legal, tax, accounting, technical or technology providers when required by the engagement and applicable permissions. Openbursa does not sell personal data.
Your choices and ARCO rights
Requests for access, rectification, cancellation, objection or withdrawal of consent may be sent to ceo@ignisfinancials.com. The final notice will include the legal address, verification process, response periods and any applicable transfer clauses.
