Preliminary membership terms
Openbursa is a private information, documentation and monitoring portal used alongside services coordinated by IGNIS.
Private access
Access is invitation-only, personal and revocable. Members must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use project information only within their authorization and applicable confidentiality obligations.
Platform boundary
Openbursa does not receive or custody capital, execute investments, provide banking services, guarantee returns or make a public offer of securities. Recording interest is non-binding. Transfers occur outside the platform under documents agreed by the relevant parties.
Project information
Projects and third parties remain responsible for information they supply. A document marked received or reviewed does not by itself establish ownership, legal validity, regulatory compliance or investment suitability. Members must obtain appropriate legal, tax and financial advice.
Confidentiality and data rooms
Opportunity materials require the applicable NDA and explicit access approval. Downloading or receiving access does not grant ownership or redistribution rights.
